About Me
I am a researcher and educator working at the intersection of chemistry, bioinformatics, and data science, with a strong commitment to open science. Trained as an organic chemist (MSc) and theoretical chemist (PhD), my doctoral work focused on protein knots, combining computational biophysics with statistical physics and topology. Alongside my academic training in mathematics and physics, I have developed expertise in cheminformatics, programming, and machine learning, enabling me to work across both theoretical and applied domains of modern computational science.
My career bridges academia and industry. I have contributed to cheminformatics-driven startups such as Molecule. One, where I built data systems to support deep learning in synthesis planning, and Ingenix.AI, where I curate and analyze chemical and biological data for clinical trial modeling. Currently, I teach and supervise research at Cardinal Wyszynski University and Warsaw Technical University, with a focus on bioinformatics, cheminformatics, and spectroscopy.
